This was a fun one with a couple of neat features to make the most of the limited parts.

The outer wheels use long bolts as stub axles and are pulleys without bosses.

The crane arm is retained sideways using an axle joiner.

Friction on the cranks is supplied using a trunnion on the flexible plate – you can slightly misalign the holes to grip the shafts.

I also liked the use of long screws on the pulley bosses to attach the string to. Later kits will have springs to attach strings.
